Viva Uplift
The perfect session to leave you feeling positive, focused and energised. This class in on Tuesday morning's at 9.30am

Viva Calm
This Yoga class is at 6 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Generally more floor based, with the emphasis on slow movement, calming stretching and relaxation.

Viva Well Women
Classes on Thursday morning Yoga at 9.30am. Designed to promote physical and mental strength, for women of all ages.

Stretch and Strengthen
*NEW*
Traditional yoga stretching combined with resistance band training to safely build strength. Tuesdays at 6pm.

Sam will explain clearly as she leads the class, breath by breath. Perhaps you could try one of the calm Calm classes to begin with. While all sessions work on flexibility, Sam also introduces core and muscle-strengthening postures to create a supportive framework for your joints.
